CHERRY MADE makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, measurements, sizing information and availability details are accurate.

However, slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen displays, lighting and photography. Minor manufacturing variations may also occur.

Product measurements and sizing information are provided as a guide. Customers are encouraged to review the relevant size guide before purchasing.

All products are subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate alternative or refund for the unavailable item.

We may update product information, pricing and availability at any time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where permitted by law or agreed with the customer.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices displayed on www.cherrymade.com.au are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless another currency is expressly displayed.

Australian prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.

Shipping costs and any applicable additional charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We accept the payment methods available at checkout. Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment providers.

CHERRY MADE does not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every customer or destination.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or product listing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding and offer the opportunity to confirm the corrected order or receive a refund.

5. ORDERS & CONFIRMATION

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We may contact you if additional information is required to process your order.

Orders may be declined or cancelled where there is a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, unavailable stock, payment failure or an obvious pricing error.

Where payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfil, the relevant amount will be refunded.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, although changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

CHERRY MADE dispatches orders from Melbourne, Australia, and ships throughout Australia and to selected international destinations.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Australian Shipping

Standard Shipping: $20 AUD — estimated 2–8 business days.

Express Shipping: $25 AUD — estimated 1–3 business days.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected destinations.

Available delivery services, shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout.

Standard international delivery generally takes 6–27 business days, while international express delivery generally takes 3–7 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance, public holidays or other circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If incorrect information is supplied, additional shipping charges may apply where a parcel must be redirected or resent.

If an order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so that we can investigate and arrange any remedy required by applicable law.

8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, DUTIES & TAXES

CHERRY MADE offers international shipping to selected countries.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for checking any applicable import restrictions or requirements in their destination country.

Where a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid import charges or failure to complete customs requirements, we will contact the customer to discuss the available options and any reasonable, applicable costs.

Nothing in this section excludes rights or remedies available under applicable law.

9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

CHERRY MADE accepts eligible change-of-mind return requests within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached and packaging intact.

Approved change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit rather than a refund.

Customers wishing to exchange an item for a different size or product must first arrange an authorised return.

Once the returned item has been received and approved, store credit will be issued for use towards a new purchase through our website.

Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping costs and any additional delivery charges associated with a replacement order.

Sale, discounted and promotional items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

These conditions do not affect any rights available under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

10. FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

CHERRY MADE takes reasonable care to ensure products are accurately described and inspected before dispatch.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact hello@cherrymade.com.au with your order number and details of the issue.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where required by law, CHERRY MADE will cover reasonable return shipping costs associated with faulty goods.

Our change-of-mind return conditions do not restrict these statutory rights.

11. LIMITED RELEASES & PRE-ORDERS

Certain CHERRY MADE products may be offered as pre-orders or limited releases.

Where an item is available for pre-order, this will be clearly identified on the relevant product page before purchase.

Estimated dispatch dates will be communicated where available.

If a pre-order experiences a significant delay, we will notify affected customers and explain the available options, including cancellation and refund rights where applicable.

Limited-release products are subject to availability and may not be restocked.
